Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards and downloadable products
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund:
- Inspection typically takes 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once processed
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability. Exchange shipping costs may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Shipping Costs
Please note the following regarding shipping costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- ONIMEY is not responsible for items lost in return transit
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@onimey.com.
